Applications
They are the best rubber physical peptizer for natural rubber,also as the dispersant and homogenizing agent,can improve measure stability of rubber finished products. In the stage of rubber mixing process, they help to disperse filling and other auxiliary, shorten mixing process cycle, decrease mixing process energy, lower rubber material heating and mixing viscosity.And they help to improve the extruding speed of rubber semi-finished products and the finish smooth of intermediate product.
As rubber homogenizing and dispersant agent, they should be added in the early period of rubber material mixing process. But as physical plasticizing and homogenizing agent, they should be added in the late period of rubber material mixing process. The dosage is 1 to 3 percent.
